The Virtual Mentor is the pedagogical chatbot integrated into the ESF Virtual Entrepreneurship Pop-up Residency. It is designed to support learners throughout their entrepreneurial journey by providing accessible, practical and learner-friendly guidance connected to entrepreneurial project development.
Rather than replacing trainers or mentors, the Virtual Mentor complements pedagogical support by helping learners explore ideas, reflect on challenges, organise projects and identify possible solutions in different entrepreneurial situations. Learners can use the Virtual Mentor to:
The chatbot follows a supportive and reflection-oriented mentoring approach encouraging learners to strengthen creativity, autonomy, collaboration and entrepreneurial confidence throughout the learning process.
Its knowledge base is collaboratively enriched through mentoring situations, entrepreneurial guidance and learner-centred educational content connected to authentic entrepreneurship and VET contexts. Thus, the Virtual Mentor contributes to creating a more flexible, collaborative and personalised entrepreneurial learning experience.
The Virtual Mentor is conceived as an evolving pedagogical tool progressively enriched through the contributions of all consortium partners. The mentoring areas presented below function as initial support categories helping learners explore different entrepreneurial situations, challenges and project development needs.
