Cooking Resilience

Cooking Resilience is officially launched: a new Erasmus+ project to strengthen culinary VET in Ukraine

We are proud to announce the official launch of Cooking Resilience, a 30-month Erasmus+ Capacity Building project in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET), funded by the European Union under the call ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CB-VET (Project No. 101241986).

Cooking Resilience aims to strengthen culinary vocational education and training as a tool for resilience, inclusion, and economic reconstruction in Ukraine. In a context marked by the ongoing challenges of the conflict, the project responds to an urgent need: reskilling VET teachers and trainers, updating curricula, and building support networks that prepare the culinary education sector for the future.

The project brings together a strong international consortium of six partner organisations from Italy, Spain, Greece, and Ukraine:

●       Centro Servizi Formazione (CSF) – Italy (Coordinator)

●       Instituto para el Fomento del Desarrollo y la Formación S.L. (INFODEF) – Spain

●       European Centre in Training for Employment (ECTE) – Greece

●       Mariupol Vocational Lyceum of Services and Trade – Ukraine

●       State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution “Slavutsky Vocational Lyceum” – Ukraine

●       State Vocational Educational Establishment “Marganets Professional Lyceum” – Ukraine

Over the next 30 months (January 2026 – June 2028), the project will develop key outputs including a Digital Learning Pantry with MOOCs for culinary VET trainers, a Culinary HUB for digital collaboration and virtual mobility, an Alliance for Excellence in Culinary VET connecting public and private stakeholders, and Policy Recommendations to support the integration of culinary education into European standards.
