Entrepreneurial Journey

The Entrepreneurial Journey structures the learning experience of the Virtual Residency through different stages guiding learners from entrepreneurial mindset development to the creation of their own entrepreneurial projects.

Within the Entrepreneurship Residency this journey is supported with practical learning activities, collaborative experiences, entrepreneurial reflection and project development guidance within a European and transnational context.

The learning pathway is organised around eight stages of the Entrepreneurial Journey.

Step 1
Entrepreneurial Mindset

Develop creativity, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking while exploring how entrepreneurship can create positive impact in different social and professional contexts.

Step 2
From Idea to Project

Transform ideas into entrepreneurial opportunities by exploring how innovative concepts can evolve into realistic and meaningful projects.

Step 3
Understanding the Environment

Explore social, economic and professional environments to better understand entrepreneurial opportunities, challenges and community needs.

Step 4
Developing the Business Concept and Value Proposition

Learn how to define the value of an entrepreneurial idea, identify target groups and structure a meaningful business concept.

Step 5
Communication and Pitch

Discover how to communicate entrepreneurial ideas effectively through storytelling, pitching, visibility and communication strategies.

Step 6
Sustainability and Impact

Reflect on sustainability, social responsibility and ethical entrepreneurship while exploring how entrepreneurial projects can create positive impact.

Step 7
Digital and Collaborative Tools

Explore digital tools and collaborative approaches supporting teamwork, communication, project organisation and entrepreneurial development in transnational contexts.

Step 8
Create your Entrepreneurial Project

Bring together ideas, resources and entrepreneurial learning experiences to progressively develop and present your own entrepreneurial project.

This digital platform provides practical resources, entrepreneurial guidance and collaborative learning opportunities for each stage helping learners progressively transform ideas into entrepreneurial initiatives.
