Cooking Resilience will deliver a set of interconnected results designed to strengthen Culinary VET systems and ensure long-term impact in Ukraine.

Networking and stakeholder engagement: the Alliance for Excellence in Culinary VET

A collaborative network of public and private stakeholders aimed at improving curricula relevance, promoting apprenticeships, and strengthening cooperation between education and industry.

Policy Recommendations: on mainstreaming excellence in culinary VET for resilience and reconstruction in Ukraine

Evidence-based recommendations to support the modernisation of Culinary VET systems and improve alignment with labour market needs and European standards.

EU–Ukraine Virtual Mobility Programme

A programme enabling collaboration, exchange of practices, and capacity building between Ukrainian and European culinary VET professionals.

Training Programme: MOOC in the Digital Learning Pantry e-learning platform

Development of open online courses focused on pedagogical, technical, digital, and sustainable skills for Culinary VET professionals.
 
These training contents will be available in an e-learning platform that will foster upskilling and reskilling of Culinary VET trainers and practitioners.

Digital Networking Platform: Culinary HUB

A central digital platform providing a collaborative space for Culinary VET stakeholders, including:

  • A digital space to share resources, debate and strengthen the network of public and private stakeholders.
  • An Online Digital Database with easily accessible tools and resources to enhance resilience, inclusion, and economic reconstruction in Ukraine through Culinary VET. 
  • Support for virtual mobility programmes development with a digital space dedicated to European and Ukrainian VET trainers’ connection and upskilling through digital exchanges and virtual workshops.
