Cooking Resilience is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building project in Vocational Education and Training (VET) that aims to strengthen the capacity of Culinary VET in Ukraine as a driver for resilience, inclusion, and economic reconstruction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Following the full-scale invasion in 2022, Ukraine\u2019s VET system is undergoing significant transformation to respond to economic disruption, labour market shifts, and the need for rapid reskilling and upskilling. In this context, Cooking Resilience supports the modernisation of Culinary VET by strengthening teacher competences, aligning training with labour market needs, and promoting cooperation between education providers, industry, and public stakeholders.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Entrepreneurship without Boarders Virtual Entrepreneurship Pop-up Residency About the project This digital platform is the collaborative digital environment of the European project Entrepreneurship Without Borders. It has been designed to support VET learners, trainers and partner organisations in developing entrepreneurial skills through practical, collaborative and transnational learning experiences. More than a traditional online learning platform, the ESF Virtual Entrepreneurship Residency is conceived as a dynamic European entrepreneurial ecosystem where learners can explore ideas, collaborate with peers, access practical resources and progressively develop their own entrepreneurial projects with the support of trainers and the Virtual Mentor. The platform combines entrepreneurial learning, project-based collaboration and digital mentoring within an inclusive and practice-oriented environment adapted to vocational education and training contexts. Through different learning stages, learners are encouraged to move from ideas to action by participating in collaborative activities, exploring entrepreneurial challenges and developing real project proposals connected to European and local realities. The platform integrates two core digital components: Virtual Entrepreneurship Pop-up Residency Virtual Mentor Together, these spaces support entrepreneurial experimentation, teamwork, mentoring and project development within a collaborative European learning environment. The ESF platform provides VET learners and trainers with: supporting entrepreneurial resources, learner collaboration spaces, project development tools, and a Virtual Project Gallery showcasing entrepreneurial initiatives created during the pilot phase.
